Ок. I press Home+power, and wait some seconds and => USB SEMC Flash in Devices.
No boot sequence (movie) while booting, and green led (when charge level 50-60%, usually orange).
+ black screen

Is it recovery mode?

I think its pretty the same as on X10, there is simply no recovery like on "normal" android devices !

I have no device here so its hard to work on it So be patient now.Lets wait until we have a new section for mini and mini pro.

new section may never come for mini
most probably there's no recovery mode or it's well hidden by SE
any other advice or hint to try out?

Yeah one advice, please search me the FOTA (Firmware over the Air) Updater app.
I wanna look into If you have it simply send me and i will look if we can transfer some X10 rooting steps here to X10 mini.
