We are extremely sorry to inform you that we can provide any advance information about the upcoming update. When an update is available for your handset you will get a notification for an update. Could you please share us why you want to update your handset?“
Especially the last question concerning WHY I want to update my handset is really disappointing. It seems that Vivo doesn‘t see the need of major updates, so they are not willing to observe there promises to the customers (three major updates for X70 series). That‘s very very disappointing.
