Hy there guys. Is this thread still supported?
I`m having trouble with WP10 and lumia 830. Customdpfd 003 deploys without a problem, but I`ll need ver 005 as one of the tweaks (enable software nav bar ) is not availble on 003. trying to deploy any other versions besides 003 ends up with a "check your vendor" error, or another one ..no matter the app used for deployment, wp power tools, app deployment, windows 8.1 app deployment..etc.
Can anyone help a brother out?

With W10m no need for this. Use interop tools (not store version)

Yeah but I'm using interops tool and it doesn't have the option that I need (enable onscreen buttons/navbar on device that has broken hardware buttons) and I can't for the life of me find the registry for this :crying:

use registry browser in Interop Tools

go to
"HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shell\NavigationBar"

+ Add value

Registry value name: SoftwareModeEnabled
Registry value data: 1


Registry value name: IsSwipeUpToHideEnabled
Registry value data: 1

reboot phone....


or simple import Registry file in Interop Tools (download, unzip file, copy reg file to phone)
