I did factory reset and now I am on 14327 RS. When I try to deploy CustomPFD I get Error - 81030120. Is there any workaround for this? I've managed to deploy vcReg, btw.

You probably lost root unlock, including Interop Services and other capabilities. You can't deploy any app with Interop capabilities declared.
You're getting this error because you've lost the interop-unlock and you can't deploy apps with "special" capabilityes. You can use vcReg 1.5 without problems to get the unlock back.
It seems that the problem with the startup option was resolved within latest builds. I will add some startup uri to the app with the next updates to make easier to start.
I prefer to leave the app within the app list, so I will not add the hubtype parameter within the app by default, however feel free to edit the manifest if you need (you can find more details here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=66388477&postcount=165)
Please don't upload full CustomPFD XAPs (original or patched) outside of this thread. I want to take note about the download count and it will be possible to avoid outdated or fake apps. At lease, please contact me, so I can know where mirrors are placed.

Unfortunately this is a Windows Mobile bug that affects some apps. However, latest builds seems to have resolved this problem for me.

Yes a am on redstone 14328 version.

a) check restore NDTKsvc, tap apply, wait 60 seconds, reboot
open vcReg1.5 again and go to templates
b) check live interop/capability unlock, check live full access, click aplay
Interesting... I'm also on 14328 but getting error from vcReg, so I can't unlock it.

Can anyone please guide me step by step on how to enable the on-screen keys on a Lumia 830?? Like a noob type explanation as i am no pro at this. I have Root Tool and vcREG installed. In the past, I used this method and had successful when changing HOSTS file to block ads, but now I can't replace the hosts file. Is there any advise? Thank you!It's easy
First go to Amol Baiker's root tool v.2
Then click "registry editor editor for all windows devices" at the top
Click-> HKEY_ LOCAL_MACHINE
Click -> Check if we value is drowd
Then write in the "regrstry path to operate" box->
SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\DEVICEREG\INSTALL
Then write in "registry key" box
MAXUNSIGNEDAPP
Click "READ"
The shown value will be either 10 or 20 OR 2147483647
If it is 2147483647 then you have an interop unlocked device of not then go to "JAILBREAK LUMIA" button in main page of root tool click 1)Interop unlock
2) capability unlock
Now again check the value of maxunsignedapp described above
Still not 2147483647 then it seems that you have updated the Extra & infos app which had blocked the regrstry editing.. But do not worry still there is a way
Way no.1
Search and install vcREG v1.5 in your windows phone
Click option bar then click templates then click on
RESTORE NDTKsvc according to your phone model (its separate for Lumia 950&950xl)
Click apply
A message will appear "complete"
Wait 15-30 sec and restart your phone
Again open vcreg1.5 this time click live introp/capability unlock
And
Hit apply you are done!
Way no.2(SD CARD NEEDED)
Sometimes vcreg doesn't deploys
Then do restore factory settings (after it do not update extra & info's)
Then install customWpsystem v0.7
Search and save vcREG_MIX_RADIO_bootstrap.xap
From xda developers site DO NOT INSTALL!!
Open customWpsystem v0.7
Take Sd Card permission
Select mix radio app
And patch vcREG_MIX_RADIO_bootstrap.xap
With mix radio
Apply live interop/capablity unlock
You are done!
But its not capability unlock its separate

can somebody help me? i have installed CustomPFD_0600, i dont touch nothing on registry , but now i cant use USB , for storage , Windows Device Recovery Tool, etc my pc not Recognize my device ( lumia 635 W10M )

Hey eryone I need your help. when I press 'apply xap' shows error: The selected app is not installed or it's on the sdcard. I installed preview for developers and installed in on the sdcard. but i still get this error....
even the WPSyste folder shows that it is on the SDcard
