and Tom XAP Installer
Your HD2 is exactly like a WP7 Htc device....

so i'm starting to work on it.
Chevron Unlocker work perfectly.
so you can deploy XAP.

it wont unlock, its having problems communicating with phone, any ideas?

where did you get your registry editor from?

edit: got it, type "regedit" in start

windows registry, not wp7!, regedit works fine.

yeah i downloaded the sdk, but im still getting error on chevron unlockr.

and in regedit, the values where the same as previous post, it didnt need changing...but still error.

any idea?

kill skype if you use it
take a look on your host file:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
remove entries developerservices.windowsphone.com
and retry.

the entry does not exists and skype is killed....its giving me a headache.

i believe i dit it all right. what do i do with the sdk, just install right?

I vaguely recall seeing something about the WP7 OS not supporting mobile hot spot or tethering yet...

not only tethering, also bluetooth pairing is only available to headsets and no file transfer.

this installation will take a long time rite?? the second content itself is 384MB.. are there anything we can do apart from installing SDK this way??? arent they just one component that we can download this install xap??
