Vcreg method gives full intrerop unlock right?

But no luck yet, file could not be opened.

That is very strange, the VCreg method is what I used I even reset my phone, did the unlock again using vcreg and it installed for me, what phone do you have?
I did... I have interop unlocked as I can use all other apps like wptweaker, appdatamngr, wpsystem.... I have Nokia Lumia 730....
Its strange... I can install the app on one of my frnd's mobile (Lumia 625) it worked fine with that but whene I tried to install on my Lumia 730 it gives me error....

This lock screen app cant be installed on sdcard.. It have to be deployed on phone memory......

Yes, this is a known issue.

Now my app can't be installed on SD card.
You'd want it on phone memory anyway because you need the faster load times for the lock screen to load fast like a normal lock screen.
