I thinks it's coz Extras&Info not really usual app but it's use some high privelegys or so on. It's undeploying like usual app with some error. Any other app can be deploying (games and usual applications). I think MS just close this jailbraikin hole with this update.

Well I dunno. I'm just ordinary user. As I know different Lumias app have different access level into WP system (if talk simplicity). All we can do is just wait till WojitasXda, Pasquiindustry, vcfan or someone cools like them made another one breakthrough.
I have the problem you described. I dont have the Install Local Apps options too. Is there a way to work around it?
Guys I have problem. When I'm trying install ROMRebuilder.xap with CustomWPSystem I have error, but I have ROMRebuilder on SD Card. "SD Card permissions" is green, all apps which can use SD Card are closed. How can i fix that ? I have Lumia 640 LTE.

first of all let me say that i am a noobie and that i have a lumia530 dual sim
i managed (after too much effort) to install sdk8.1 in my pc. after that i unlocked my phone and deployed CustomWPSystem_0600.xap in phone memory.
then i put the file vcREG_1_2_BOOTSTRAP.xap in sd card and also changed that all new apps get installed in sd.
after that all my problems begun. i tried
unintalling info and extras, redownloading and then installing vcREG_1_5_W10M.xap with the method mentioned. error
just moving extras and info to sd card (i had that option) and then installing vcREG_1_5_W10M.xap. error
tried hard resetting and using different customwpsystem version. same error.
the error was that info and extras could not be found in sd card. though when i went to the app in store, it showed that it was installed.
so, is there something wrong with what i did, or is this version not working?
all i want to do is delete some system files like foreign languages, so that i create enough extra space to install windows 10 developers preview. any help would be great

but when i reset the phone, there is option to move it to sd
apart from that, if above method doesnt work, is there some other method to gain access to windows phone system files so that i can delete unnecessary language files and apps to gain free space and be able to install windows 10? thank you
I tried to do the same thing like you. When I moved app to SD card it's didn't help. At this moment I know There is no way to unlock my Phone : / I have to wait for other method.

All i have been wondering is does these interop unlocks and jailbreaking and/or upgrading to 5.0 Lollipop will remove the network lock. I have the Microsoft Lumia 535 about a week ago from Switzerland and it is locked on SwissCom. How can i remove the network lock without paying those mobile services in my town which are too expensive and not worthy. I can see that the codes are around 25-30$ but they are asking about 100$ to unlock it. So, any help?

It is not working now in Lumia 530, first extras+info can't be placed in sd card, second mixradio is not available for lumia 530, any way pleassse helpHi Everyone !! :highfive:
I want to show everyone a new tool which can modify ROM.
This application can give interop unlock, all capabilities and many more other additives
How to start? instructions are listed below
1. Download ROMRebuilder.7z, extract archive and copy ROMRebuilder.xap and Data to SD card.
2. Install CustomWPSystem v0.6 in phone memory .
3. Change year in phone to 2110 and run Extras + info. When you see an error message, tap uninstall button and set actual date.
4. Change installing applications to SD card.
5. Run CustomWPSystem , select Extra e info and tap Download from store.
6. If the application will be installed, go back to CustomWPSystem, tap SD Card permissions and select SD card. Now button should change to green color.
7. Tap Select the XAP , select ROMRebuilder.xap, and tap Apply XAP.
8. When everything will be done successfully, app Extras+info, will be converted to ROM Rebuilder (although the name remains Extras+info).
When you have everything installed and ROM Rebuilder waiting for the commands, you need to do a few other important things.
9. Copy Data.bin to Data folder on SD card.
I posted several files for some phones here.
If you can not find Data.bin suitable for your phone model, you can create it yourself.
Uhh ... Finally, you can press Rebuild button in ROM Builder. Whole process will take one little moment. After receiving Success
