Can't deploy any lock screen app... I used wppt as well as all capability 8.1 deployer....
It gives error everytime.

I have Lumia 730. Interop unlocked by vcreg.. I am using wppt. It gives error that file package cannot be opened.

Can you open it as ZIP on PC?

By changing its extension? Or directly? Its xap so if I try to open it than it ask me to check in store for app.

You ARE a noobie. XAP is renamed ZIP (like JAR). Rename it to zip, open and test if it contains errors.

Its strange... I tried to deploy same app on a Lumia 625 and u knw what it did worked.....
But thn I wasn't able to install same app on my Lumia 730.

App updated. New in this version.
Features:
1) AM/PM support
2) Alarm icon support
Fixes:
1) SD card issue fix. This app will now install to phone memory no matter what the storage settings are.
2) Minor fixes for timers.
3) Fallback value for badge images. Should prevent app from crash in some cases.

It doesn't have notifications support yet. Notifications are supported now!

ID_CAP_SHELL_DEVICE_LOCK_UI_API and ID_CAP_CHAMBER_PROFILE_CODE_RW must be unlocked to install this app!
