I can install other xaps like interop unlock helper of the wolf, but it does not give the command to the diagnosis ...

Error message would be helpful, but I suspect you haven't run the Unlock all privileges xap before updating to 8.1 or you are running the leaked version of the SDK or have not uninstalled it before updating to RTM. I have seen it cause problems for some XAPs.

@jessenic i got kinda tired with the low-res "non-metro" icon of wphtweaks so I vectorized it + made a high res version.
could you maybe use it as a new icon for upcoming versions?
i'm not that experienced with illustrator yet so i just used image traced which is why it doesnt have straight lines.
