2. Flash the latest firmware
3. Copy the downloaded ROM to your phone.
4. Boot into your recovery
5. Back up your ROM
6. Enter recovery
7. Make a full wipe (system, data, cache, dalvik)
8. Install the ROM
9. Install GAPPS package
10. Reboot - the first boot can take up to 5 minutesold version

Flash build (without gaps), reboot into the system. Reboot into TwRP, flash the boot. Reboot into the system, reboot into the recovery and sew the rest.
