Awesome, i can confirm it does work on stock, for some reason i never tried on stock, i am now going to root it to see if droidmote works as a remote for it.
Edit: droidmote works as a mouse, but the remote functions do not work inside the xfinity app

The Xfinity TV app (not TV Go) works, but sometimes looses track of the "Home" network.
We are using a friend's login info to test it- Our 2 NP's both have M 6.0.
It will not work out of the box hardwired for channels you have not viewed before- i.e on your "previously viewed channels" list, prompts you to use your cellular data connection, but has an "allow just this time" link that will let it through a LAN.
Seems the TV (not TV Go) app keeps track of the WiFi connections and designates one a "Home".
I have renamed my 2 access points the same name, with same SSID and passwords- it worked great for a day, then started locking me out of new channels.
ES FileExplorer lets you ftp into the NP with the LAN---> Remote Manager, so I will be copying the X-TV data over and see if that works.
As a side note- I will be testing the TV Go app found here:

I found this Rii that works quite well for the NP in general, and the trackpad seems very good to me, especially double-tap, hold and swipe.

I wanted a 2.4 ghz romo, because I read many comments about BT sleeping issues.
The rest of my setup has this hub-

and this UBS to RJ-45 adapter.

All work with the NP
**Edit**
Sytanek's app mod at the link above works excellent on our stock NP with M 6.0.1
