Xiaomi Mi 5s & Xiaomi Amazfit to use in German

I've ordered a Xiaomi Mi 5S and a Xiaomi Amazfit Smartwatch. Since I want to change both in German, I need your help. Which Rome is the best for the German language and how do I get the clock set in German?
