I didn't toggle miui optimisations and still have the issue.

So you're on global MIUI. I'm using EU. Maybe there's a problem with global stock MIUI.

It's a "problem" from Google server side. There's no fix for now. A lot of pixel phones are also getting this. Magisk is flooded with such threads.
Fyi I read somewhere that edXposed can rectify this somehow

Everything seems to be working fine except chrome. It just crashes whenever I open it. Do you have this issue ?
Yes it only fakes the status of CTS profile but still most banking apps work.
Also in stock MIUI 10.0.6.0 there's no option to disable system apps.

I have found workaround for this issue. We need to launch native android app settings. For that follow these steps.
Install and open https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.szalkowski.activitylauncher&hl=en_IN from play store.
Scroll down to go Settings > Apps & notifications
Click "SEE ALL 100 APPS"
Click your app > Storage & cache
Here you can clear data and cache.

I have found workaround for this issue. We need to launch native android app settings. For that follow these steps.
Install and open https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.szalkowski.activitylauncher&hl=en_IN from play store.
Scroll down to go Settings > Apps & notifications
Click "SEE ALL 100 APPS"
Click your app > Storage & cache
Here you can clear data and cache.
So there is no proper solution for the false cts profile.

After installing android 10..i cant install magisk. After installing magisk, showing its not installed. Root checker also telling this. Please help.
It seems fine now. Not sure what Google did, but for a few days, CTS profile was false and PlayStore not certified. But today when I checked Magisk, it passed SafetyNet without any mods whatsoever. My PlayStore was still showing not certified, so I cleared cache followed by data (in that order) of the PlayStore app and voila! PlayStore is certified.
I am not sure for how long this will be the case. If Google moves forward with hardware key check, then we'll have issues with unlocked bootloaders in the future. But for now, as of writing this (March 13, 2020), it works without any need of mods.

Are you getting any errors while flashing Magisk? Mind explaining the steps you performed to flash Magisk?
