Sorry for late update but i was searching for fix to restarting problem
This fix for 9.7.11
Process:
Log out from Mi accounts & Google accounts.
Eject SIM cards.
Go to Custom recovery. Delete 'MIUI' & 'data' folder
(a) File manager > sdcard > MIUI > options (icon) > Delete > Swipe.
(b) File manager > sdcard > Android > data > options (icon) > Delete > Swipe.
Wipe > Advanced wipe > Mark: dalvik, system, cache, data, vendor, cast > Swipe.
Install ROM zip.
Clear dalvik/cache.
DO NOT INSTALL 'DeletingUpdater' zip.
Reboot > System.
DO NOT Connect internet (wifi / mobile data).
DO NOT Login Mi account, just skip mi-login.
Open 'Security app', Data usage > Restrict data usage > find Updater app > turn off all data: Mobile data (SIM1 & SIM2), WLAN, Background data.
Go to (Updater) app info, Clear all Data.
Insert SIM cards, connect internet. Updater app internet connection may turn on automatically. Just turn off again (follow 'step-11' thoroughly) and Reboot device.
Also check it by connecting wifi, if the Updater app's internet connection (WLAN) turns on by itself, turn off it (follow 'step-11' thoroughly), then Reboot device.
Done ! ✅✅✅

Now,,
Login to Mi & Google account and
ENJOY ! ??

Only MIUI Global, Xiaomi.eu, MIUI.IT and MiRoom are available in Brazilian Portuguese.

The most similar ROM to MIUIPRO is MiRoom. This is the one I currently use and is in version 9.6.27.
