When I receive or make call when both my watch and Bluetooth headset is connected
The call is directed to the phone instead to my headset.
Anyone know how to fix this issue?

I have 4 pairs of tws earbuds

Not one of them - there were no problems.
care to explain your reply as it doesnt make any sense, all of us cant route the calls to tws when the watch is connected in the same time

постарайтесь объяснить свой ответ, так как это не имеет никакого смысла, все мы не можем перенаправлять вызовы на tws, когда часы подключены в одно и то же время
It's simple, you receive a call from the device from which you want to conduct a conversation. Explained clearly? You accept a call from the headphones themselves - you conduct a conversation from them, from the clock - respectively. This is all about incoming, with outgoing past. Elementary.

Buddy, the phone doesn't matter at all here. In this case, xiaomi mi 9t global, 11 android. I explain again, the call is being received from the headphones optionally, by tactile pressing on the headphones themselves, and you are talking through the headphones. You take on the clock and talk to them. Elementary.

Ok, i tried it now and its working, the problem is when i answered from the phone i couldn't reroute it to the headphones.
Anyway different question about the watch, what the hell is the use of connecting the headset to the watch? We can't transfer music to xiaomi watch s1..

Use mi wear custom app by m0tral, it has 2 players. The first with downloaded playlists from the modder, the second with the ability to upload your content.

I have the same issue when I make calls only, always redirect to the phone, never to the headset this append after I add xiaomi active s1. When I received a call, answered directly by touch the headphones all work as @de_42 explain, the problem is when I make a call, I have to select manually the headset to start talking. Any of you find a solution? Thanks

I have the same problem. With my previous smart watch (samsung galaxy watch), it would only connect to audio if I respond from the watch itself. If my headset is on and connected to my phone, then when I answer my phone from the phone screen, or if I make a call, the audio automatically goes to the headset.

However with this watch connected (Xiaomi watch S1 Active), that doesn't happen any more. The watch now shows as the default bluetooth device when I answer and that routs the audio back to the phone, this somehow prevents my headset from taking the call automatically. When I do answer or make a call, the audio is directed to the phone, although I do have the option of manually clicking on my screen and selecting the item I want.

In my line of work, I make and receive many many calls per day. The process was very simple, I keep my headset on, and I make and receive calls as needed, barely glancing at my phone. The solution would be to keep my watch disconnected at work... Which defeats the purpose of the smart watch.

Honestly, this is very inconvenient.

I have the same problem (sort of...) but it's only for outgoing calls. When I receive a call the notification arrives normally for all the devices that are connected to the phone at that time (watch-Xiaomi Watch S1, headset-OnePlus Bullets, car headunit etc.). The sound goes through whatever device I choose to answer the call. If I choose the watch it will go to the watch, if I choose the headset it will go to the headset and if I choose the car it will go to the car.

So far so good. BUT, when I make an outgoing call, even with all the devices connected to the phone, the sound stays at the phone and I have to select manually the headset or the car headunit which is very annoying. The weird part is that when I make the call, initially the sound goes to the headset for a brief moment, then it tries to go to the watch and then it ends up to the phone. It's like the watch tries to pick up the call from the bluetooth headset and then it realises that it can't handle outgoing calls and leaves the call to the phone.

Searching for this problem I came across a similar issue with a HUAWEI GT2 watch but it is still not resolved as well...

It must be a bug in the Mi Fitness app because I never faced similar problems with my previous Amazfit GTR2.

If anyone figures out how to solve it PLEASE share. It's really annoying especially when driving and trying to make a call from the car headunit.

Hi, I have the same problem with Xiaomi S1 and Xiaomi M10. When S1 is connected, calls go by default to the phone, whether I'm using headset or using android auto. It's a really annoying problem especially while I'm driving. Has anyone managed to solve?

I used to have an amazfit bip and I was happy. Some years later I treated myself with an expensive xiaomi watch s1 last summer and I still hate it for messing with the Bluetooth outgoing calls. And there is no apparent way to fix it unless I disable the calls for the watch entirely. No firmware updates or talk to support helped, great experience from hell, "just love it". I hope someone here could fix this nasty bug :'(

I had a similar problem using the Xiaomi s1 with my xiaomi 10 ultra. My main issue is that when I'm driving and have my phone connected by Bluetooth to the cars head unit so I can listen to music and then recieve a call if I accept the call on the phone the call audio automatically connects to the watch which is stupid. I can manually select only the phone or the watch to use the mic and speaker but I want to use the mic and speaker inside the car!

I did find a workaround though. I went to my phone's Bluetooth settings, went to the watch and disabled "used for phone audio". It's solved my issue, hope it helps someone.
