XLTE is awesome! 100 Mbps!!

Hello all. I did some speed test on my phone and PC via USB tethering (which I pay for) and got amazing speeds. This is the band 4 XLTE. Forced and unforced band 4 yield the same results.. This is normal speeds, well varies between 90 and 105 on download.

How did you get in service mode? I tried all codes can never get in anything.
