XOLO 1011 is not switching on

Hi guys,
I have a XOLO q1011. It is unable to boot. I am able to go to the recovery mode when charging but the phone is not booting at all in charging/not-charging mode. I desperately need some help.

Plz try to flash its rom...via sp flash tool then try to boot
