Release in July 2015, the Xolo Black packs good specifications considering the cost of the device. The Black offers a 5.5” 1080P IPS LCD display, which gives a pixel density of ~403 PPI. Under the hood we find a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 SoC, which utilises an octa-core (4 x 1.5 GHz & 4 x 1 GHz) CPU, an Adreno 405 GPU and 2 GB of system RAM. The included 16 GB of internal storage can be expanded upon by microSD, with the loss of the secondary SIM card slot. The primary camera is capable of capturing images at 13 MP and the secondary at 5 MP. The whole package is kept ticking by a non-removable 3200mAh battery.
