Xolo q1010 runs perfectly while charging but not when removed plug

It is kind of weird that my xolo q1010, running on 4.4.2, doesn't boot up while it is not on charging although works like charm while charging.
I have tried fill up battery to 100% but did not work as i thought.
Please help.

Replace Battery

I have exact same issue, replacing the battery fixed the issue for me. I think there is no other way!!
