Ic then there's nothing i can do, i tried these with but no luck, i guess because my tab ran out of battery but when i run rsd, stops at 1/10 saying smt about motoboot and fails. Gonna get my tab to the Motorola assistance. Wish me luck and a low price.

With those file is it possible to get the Xoom 2 updated to ICS for the Brazilian Xoom 2 too ??

it´s exactly with that version you posted running honeycomb 3.2.2 but no OTA for ICS yet.

I would like to debrand and have it with ICS ... well the most important for me it Portuguese Brazilian as the main language ... if you say i can have any english or other unbranded version with PT-BR as option to choose for screen and 3G will work - it´s fine too.

I tried to trick my Brazilian Xoom 2 but didnt work

I patched him with this sbf:
1.6.0M-272.18_MZ616_p2HW_BlurRegion01_CFC1FF_fastboot_signed_latam.xml

And tried to update... but it is saying my HC dont need updates!!

My system version is 1.272.18.MZ616.AmericaMovil.en.BR
something wrong?

Someone posted in another topic that it was possible to do another trick and change the version to European
But he didn't posted steps and how he did, and also if it's working 3g and other things ...

So the patch por version one didn't worked and nothing changed ???

Can't we install anything different ? another room, custom for mz616 - CM10 ??? nothing ... **** ... someone help ... explain with more details how you did and lets keep trying ...

Brick gone...

Well for those who saw, i was having an issue with my tablet as it was bricked and stuck on the fastboot with that flash error. I got it back today from the Motorola assistance and its back to life, but in honeycomb 3.2.2 i thought they would update haha, but well at least I got it fixed for free as the guarantee covered it. I guess I'll just wait for the official update for Brazil.

Seems that the automatic update process here in Brazil has just started (on Nov, 18th). Take a look at this msg posted on another site (lookout in google to find the link):

Atenção proprietários do Motorola XOOM 2 com 3G, hoje 18/11/2012 ao ligar meu tablet recebi a notificação de atualização oficial para versão ICS 4.0.4, modelo do tablet é o MZ616 versão do sistema: 77.11.416.MZ616.AmericaMovil.en.BR. Atualização foi rápida ocorreu de forma bem tranquila e não precisei fazer backup de nada, apos atualização meus aplicativos permaneceram, touch melhorou e está mais sensível e a troca de tela está mais suave, segue algumas fotos abaixo."

Your MZ616 has the same version of mine (1.272.18.MZ616.AmericaMovil.en.BR) but the unit that first received the BR official ICS firmware is different - 77.11.416.MZ616.AmericaMovil.en.BR. - and is not associated with any brasilian carrier (Oi, VIVO, Claro or TIM).

I do not understand these numbers, but hope that I does not take to much time until I receive the ICS at my Tablet, too.

Cuz i thought they were telling the uploaded roms were able to update...
But the only "updatable" were the american version.... (and i cant modify to american version)
