[XOOM 2][XYBOARD] ICS Root Issues

OK, so I just got a new LTE Xyboard (pre-loaded w/ICS) and tried to Root it using the Honeycomb root method, which clearly doesn't work. Anyone happen to know how I can Root this, or do I have to wait (and hope) for someone to do it?

OK, so using the Fastboot files that someone posted in the Xoom General forum, I was able to get it back to Honeycomb, then realized there was an ICS 4.0.4 Leak and a Root method after getting it up to ICS.

Anyone know if there is any major differences between the ICS leak and the OTA Final ICS from VZW? Also, will the ICS root method work on both the leak and OTA ICS versions?

Here is a link for the root method to use. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=28267290 I had a problem rooting mine, it is the leaked version, but I did a factory reset and it worked.
