Xoom Corp. is suing Motorola. Who didn't see this coming?

Not surprising. However, I doubt that Xoom Corp. has a case considering they are two totally different products. What do you think?

Xoom Corp. also charged that Motorola has purchased the Xoom keyword for online search engines. The first item that appears on the Google search page after typing in the keyword is The Motorola XOOM. Xoom.com is the second item.

like that part allot ... they (xoom.com) prolly tought they where getting more hits/page ranking the closer the release of the xoom

They should be thanking Motorola. I had no idea that Xoom Corp. even existed until Motorola announced the XOOM. Did you?
