I did the one click method of rooting my Xoom and it loaded the Tiamat 1.3.0 kernel. After doing so I can be in games, browsing web, youtube...... It really doesn't matter but probable 3-5 times a day it will lock up and reboot. I then tried flashing the new Tiamat 1.4.0 kernel and I am experiencing the same thing.

Has anyone else experienced these same issues.

Thanks in Advance

Unfortunately that is exactly the same experience I get when trying to use the tiamat kernel. You're only option is to go back to stock or deal with the reboots. If you need help going back to stock, let me know.

I've been running tiamat 1.1.6 perfectly fine for about a month now
You and many others have been running it without a hitch. Unfortunately, every device is different. This means that the kernel will work for some and may not for others. Me and the OP are 2 of the unlucky ones :-(.

I have the latest Tiamat Kernel and it works fine but I have always experienced these erractic restarts and such, it's nothing new. I am just getting used to it, at least until Google IO where I am ASSUMING they acknowledge these issues on Honeycomb.

I get random reboots sometimes, maybe once a day or so. It also depends on what I'm doing. It's annoying, but I think I can live with it at that rate as long as it doesn't get any more frequent.

if the upgrading to 1.4.0 doesn't fix your issues, consider downgrading to 1.1.6 to see if that fixes your problems. you will lose sdcard2 support though.

Well technically every device should not be different unless you're talking Wifi vs 3G.

Tell me: If I build four computers using all identical parts... how are they all different? I should expect software to run the same on each machine.

I was on Tiamat 1.4.2 with these same issues. Market would crash it, FB would crash it, browser was guaranteed to crash it.

Grab the stock files from the Motorola site and flash the device back to stock. Go through the root process again. Make sure you wipe device during the root.

I went to 1.4.4FT and now I only suffer the JavaScript of Death condition.
