Question Xperia 1 IV unwanted daily updates

I just bought a Sony xperia 1 IV from taipei and currently using it in India. Since the time i purchased the phone, i am getting update notifications either from sony or google, 3-4 times in one day. Initially i updated them all, but everytime after updating the phone would restart thus affecting the battery and the SOT. My worry is are these daily updates necessary or just bloating the phone??

Please do reply if anyone else is facing the issue and how to turn off these updates excluding the real important ones.

Just flash latest firmware with the newsflasher, it contains all the updates

It's the same for our device, just make sure to download firmware for 1 iv

Please use Sony PC companion only to update firmware to newest version.

Avoid using new flasher if you've never tried it
