Xperia 5 ii , Model : SO-52A - Not getting update...

Pls help... I have bought Xperia 5 ii used last week and came to know that this phone is stuck on android 10 and by checking the software update as well it's showing me 'your system is up to date" can anyone help please how can I update this to android 11 or 12 ?

It's Japan docomo model.

If your model number matches with above one and still you don't see same build version on mobile try updating it via Sony Companion.

I have same problem and i am living in Bangladesh. I can use any Bangladeshi cellular network ,but phone OS
stuck in android 10.

same problem on my phone.

I too have the same docomo ntt version. I was stuck on A11, I'm on A12 now updated via Xperia Companion app.
