here's a tutor on how to edit the launcher:

first you need to extract the .apk and start to edit the .xml file..but from the thread,it said u can't do it on window..ur environment should be linux in order to edit the file.

I upload the apk can work well for x8

I want to edit it beautiful。beause other edit the apk（320*480）look tools list
not Coordination

i dont think so, coz from what i read..just extract the .apk using 7zip..and find the .xml based on what u want to edit..and make it .apk back..i didn't know about editing..thats based on what i've read sory.
