Erm, yes there is. You just need to read.

maybe u should consider Xperia Sola..coz its in the same price range and dual core..
I guess the only thing goin for the NeoL is the larger screen and ICS..but ICS updates have started for Sola as well..

U could maybe also check out GalaxyS duos..more RAM..

Not worth the price.......mate
Neo L doesn't even have a Dual core !!!!

I can't suggest you more as its a personal choice...Maybe Galaxy S duos,Sola,Xperia U would suffice your needs?
Btw its just my opinion!

I think Neo L will have jelly bean because it has ICS out of d box itself.. I personally liked it.. The choice depends on you or increase ur budget and buy arc s
