Your trying on the r800x right?

If so flash 100% stock 2.3.3 load it root it install cwm reboot enter recovery wipe dalvik and cache. Flash the theme and wipe dalvik and cache again see if that helps it any. Also some if the themes won't work because of missing .PNG imgs inside of the framework-res.apk the Samsung theme and the HTC theme were the two w was able to flash with out bootloops

Anything messing with the framework is too risky anyway for me unless in doing it.

this is a optmized version of that rom..has minor changes and a bit more gaming performance.

edited: they have removed my files!! OMG..i will upload again soon..i have it here on my xperia play roms..

why are you doing that?? all the best roms are for r800i and also for r800x in the same thread..

GB: turbo ui gamer edition, GIN2 from vokal, krisdee rom.

ICS: xplaystation, xperiaz from markphyton, Honami or Hybrid ICS.

JB: Racing Speed, XPERIAZ jellybean, stock cm10,Slimbean, MIUI 5..and so on..use our r800i firmware and roms.

those roms i mentioned are just for examples..not intended to be the best or better than others..you have many roms here..amazing for xperia play..a/at/i or x.

use specific ones for your device.

because in r800i i dont have 3G network but you tell me that i can lose my signal so i will not flash r800x

For any CDMA users with an unlocked bootloader I have a new rom coming soon it will be an ultimate hybrid rom with a stock Sony feel

I got lucky thanks to mtrex90 lol I wish you had an Xperia it sucks without you helping much lol I'll pm you soon I know I'll need help with this rom

After posting a link for all my FTF files I posted on my DevHost account, only to recently discover that DevHost deleted about 90+% of all my files without informing me of which I was super pissed about, I located all FTF files for the Xperia PLAY and downloaded them and backed them up to a secure location.

With that I have uploaded all these FTF files to my pogoplug account where I will have complete control and have made a link for everyone to access the FTF files as a separate location. Please see below:

Edit - With that in mind I will be purchasing another Xperia PLAY within the month, although I moved onto a Nexus 5 about 18 months ago I never stopped visiting this forum. Hope to see ya'll around the xperia play stomping ground!

Edit 2 - Not sure if this is still used for the PLAY, this is the recoveryPLAY.img used to boot into this file at which point you would then flash recovery files:

EDIT 3 - Anyone who wished to download these files and post a separate download link for posterity purposes for the PLAY is more then welcome, the more solid locations that we can share links to the better chance we will have of no files disappearing, resulting with all users having access to these files.

Awesome! I believe I have everything on my pogoplug but if I by chance there should be something missing please let me know and I will add, thank you. Although I still check this site almost daily along with my Nexus 5 forum I did not realize just how many new kernels we have had created since I moved on. Its good to know this forum still have a loyal fan base of followers. As much as I love the N5 for its performance it simply pales in comparison to the PLAY having built in controls. I have been using a Moga Hero since I got my N5 and it simply is not the same.

Also, I noticed just now in your sig that you state "do not mirror my files without permission", guess I should have asked first, hope you are down with me sharing alternate links?

@ozzmanj1 you can share alternative links but not with my roms..only kernel, ftf or addons..i dont want my roms mirrored cause i already have most of it on another server..anyway xperia play forum is almost dead but in my blog and youtube we still are a big community..:good:
