Xperia s memory problem

My internal memory stoped working. I open my camera it says no memory found. I open back up and restore program it says no internal memory, sd card found. When I hold the turn off phone which shows the box to turn it off and change sound settings, the words are all mixed up.

Please help.

Well that helped. I was thinking of a way without wiping my stuff. Thanks anyway.
