I have Xperia tablet s model sgtp132 wich is not boot. i can see only red error message (0x00050001, 0x80020006)
Possibly, i can restore it from sd card, becouse recovery menu is not available.
And no sony logo while booting. Very strange...
And i wont go to the service. definitely.

Hello,

I have a bricked (boots only till Sony logo) Xperia Tablet S (EU (DE) + 3G)
While triyng to use your unbricker I'm stuck at UNBRICK IMAGE download stage (IMAGE cant be downloaded ("download failed")
Maybe I can download it manually? Can you help me with the link, please.

Thanks a lot in advance.

Successfully unbricked after 6 months!

Thank you, THANK YOU guys!

With this guide I succesfully unbricked my SGPT12 after 6 months!

Two remarks though: I got stuck at the download stage, because the UNBRICK_DATA folder did not exist after unzipping the unbricker. Once I created it, the downloads went fine.

Second, I had to manually write the image (unbrick.img) to the SD, as the script just removed the existing partitions and went through the motions (progress etc.), but didn't write anything on the SD. I used Win32DiskImager on my Win8 machine.

Good work!

Hi @IvanXTS i downloaded both files manually just have to open the SonyUnbricker bat file with notepad or notepad++ find the line set gdrive and copy the url link in any internet browser and download it, do the same for your OTA software tablet

After you downloaded both files make a folder called "UNBRICK_DATA" in the same place where you unzipped the program and put both files in there

Once time you follow these steps run again the program and go directly to step 6 in the program. Good luck :D

Note: Be sure you have a backup of both files because they can be deleted if you run again the program at the beginning

Sorry for the bad english

Please Help Me Unbrick Xperia Tablet S

I have tablet for Russia.
I've got root (motochopper.zip), when I had the latest ROM version for WiFi tablet version.
I bricked my tablet when I tried to edit build.prop.

I tried hard reset, tried to install signed-txs03_300-ota-131023003, but it says me "Installation aborted" after "Verifying package".
Please help.

Sorry for my English, I know that it's very poor.

Hey dude, apologies, but I only saw your post now! I got a bricked Xperia Tablet S and have tried everything on these forums. Was gonna make a coaster from my tab!

Any chance I could still grab the sd image from you and try rip it apart to see if the answer was in there somewhere?

Hi @rassegan,
I used linux to write the image to the sdcard, never tried the automated script.

good luck fixing your device.

Mine died again 3 days ago.
It was running just fine when I left it on the table, once I came back it was stuck at the boot animation.
Very strange, :\

Awesome

I suffered from This problem for more than 8 months. I thought to throw my Sony tablet S. But you really helped me. My Tab was bricked, then I tried to search a solution in many sites but no use, then I went to Sony workshop they told me "we have to replace motherboard and it will cost more than 300$" . Finally I found solution here. I followed all steps then my tablet s back a live againnnnnn without any costs. Thanks a lot, many thanks for all xda team

Sincerely
Mahmoud
