How is battery life with Oreo?

Can't really say. I usually let the ROM settle for a few days before I perform any battery test. So far it feels that it's the same, maybe even a bit better.

Anyone else having problems with the picture in picture feature? I've followed the standard Oreo instructions using chrome, youtube, maps. Nothing is working. Is this feature not implemented?

I've had nothing but issues since update. Screen turns off and won't turn back on. Have to reset. Had happened about 6 times now in 4 hours. First phone in years I haven't rooted and have had more problems with this...

yeah you will have language selection... just the pre-installed apps may change country to country...and if there is direct support channels, sometimes there is customer hotline apps etc that are installed for the country that has it.

functionally, it will be the same as any other G8141 though. as far as i am aware

The only thing is carrier versions sometimes will have small optimisations for their own network ( as well as carrier bloat ) ... but the "customised" versions are the same underneath.
