The Quick Panel Can Be Modified by The quickpanel.apk(just install it like a normal app)

Download the UI and copy systemui1.apk to sdcard
use root explorer and copy sytemui1.apk to System

set permission [x] [x]

[x]
This should give u permission rw-r--r--
and the move systemui1.apk to Apps

If It Causes the Ui To Crash
Hold Power Button And volume up Till it Vibrates And Restarts

Framework>> system/framework
Systemui>> system/app
Quick panel settings >> just install as normal app

DON'T FORGET TO SET PERMISSIONS AS OTHER FILES IN THAT FOLDER ARE HAVING IMMEDIATELY AFTER REPLACING

Made the same thing, with some AOSP theming. Check it out and tell me if it works etc.
