Xperia X2 language-issues

Hi all!

I'm not sure if this has been discussed before (tried to search), but i wonder if the Windows-version on the Xperia x2 can be upgraded/changed etc. Here in Finland they sell only the X2 with finnish language, and in sweden the same thing. I don't like this at all, and i'm trying to get an English version from somewhere.

my question is now that can i upgrade the windows mobile version in some way to the english version, or is the winmo-fin version "burned" permanently to ROM..?

On the x1 you could flash another stock rom with a different language without hard spl so think you can just reflash with another stock rom

On the X2 your currently unable to change the installed language. If the phone becomes more freely available and people develop / cook roms for it then i'm sure you'll be able to flash it, until then there is no way of changing it i'm afriad.

Are you sure you can't just flash another stock rom on it?

It's probably CID locked.

still no h-spl for x2, heard it's much more difficult compared to X1, as X1 was manufactured by HTC but X2 was not...
did you read in this thread? doesn't that help? seems at least language change should work...
