No i have xz2 since several months and sold my XZs

I guess that XZs SOV35 is Japanese version and has the latest release of 41.3.C.1.120.
That's a firmware mismatch. Try flashing the latest for KDDI JP.
Maybe you can flash but with the earlier version of flashtool (like 9.18 series) and the phone may not work.
