YOU seems to be on windows8x / 10
Remember windows10 has horrible adb connectivity issues!
driver verification cannot be easily disabled in windows8/10
see the fotos here :( ~ and thanks to microsoft
http://www.isunshare.com/windows-8/...gnature-enforcement-in-windows-8-and-8.1.html

but with me! even after trying this! it never worked

the best windows to be used as assistant to root/flash android is WINDOWS 7 ( home/pro/ultimate) any!!!

however, run flashtool 32 bit version, as admin

but i am not very helpful

Follow the instruction here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z/general/xperia-z-resource-thread-firmware-t2275632
In a few steps what you have to do is
1.Download flashtool
2.Download a 5.0.2 ftf file
3.Flash it using flastool
4.Download Kingroot
5.Root the firmware
6.Download and install xzdualrecovery
7.Download pre-rooted 5.1.1 rom
8.Copy it on your sdcard
9.Boot your phone in recovery mode
10.Wipe dalvik cache and cache the flash the Pre-rooted rom
thank u , you are awesome.....

Check out the comment #56.
It has all the steps.just do the steps that come after rooting.
excuse me, i have no idea that my bootloader is unlock or locked, is there any effect to my device, or there is no need to lock or unlock bootloader.

You can use flashtool to check but since u don't know it's probably locked.

If u've installed it correctly u should see a new application called Ndr Utils has been installed on your phone.Use that to reboot in recovery.
Make sure u have the pre-rooted zip on your sd card then when u're in recovery u install the zip

Must we unlock boot loader of all Xperia Z, T2, before we can root? Does flashtool root and must we unlock boot loader first?

Sent from my C6603 using xda premium

I'm currently on Android 4.4.2 (C6603 rom but my z is C6602) with CWM v6.0.4.6 and Unlocked bootloader. Can I flash the pre-rooted 5.1.1 .zip file to update to 5.1.1?
