Xperia Z C6603 Speaker low volume/cracking

Hi everyone, i have problem with my Xperia Z like in thread. I Bought a crashed Xperia z because i want to fix it, crashed was lcd so i bought a new lcd and it is working awesome BUT my speaker is rly bad, low quality at 70% of volume power alot of cracking... low volume. Now im using 5.0.2 lolipop but this problem was when i have jb/kk/lp. I dont want to root this device, i change speaker 3rd times and nothing change, so its must be problem with soft or something, on kk when i turn cleanAudio+ for a one sec volume was good and there was no crack but after this one sec everything was back. Can someone help me?

if you have recovery you could try flashing a volume mod or you could try pc companion

You said that you changed the speaker 3 times either you are doing something wrong or there is a fault at the software you are using. If you are sure that you are doing it right then I suggest the solutions I mentioned before

you dont have to root your phone for flashtool or pc companion but you will lose your data so i suggest a backup before.

I know how to use pc companion, because i have old x10i and i install laot of custom roms on it, when my phone was little bricked this program save my phone . I will try to do this and i will post what happend.

I bought a new speaker for SURE, i create a video for you if you dont belive me(i record how i open-->change speaker-->zero changes for quality volume...then i create a video when i put that speaker to x10 and on x10 quality is awesome) So i want to root my phone and instal "ViperFX", do you think this app can help me? Repair from pc companion dont fix this problem.

1- Download Kingroot, open the app and press try to root http://androidxda.com/download-kingroot-application

4- Open Terminal Emulator

(Grant root permission)

sh /sdcard/mrw/root.sh
Now open Supersu app and update, it will ask for normal or TWRP press normal
Now you are all done, you have supersu and root (After this you can delete all the kingroot bloatware)

It may seem a bit difficult but its super easy trust me

I watch youtube, and i think that old owner from my xperia can put this mod to my xperia " https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kZ64LfByCVU ". But when i pick repair from pc companion this mod should be removed? Or maybe i have wrong driver for my speaker, its possible?
