[Xperia Z] Flash Failure while trying to flash a stock FTF

Hi!

I have a big problem with my phone. I tried to restore a TWRP backup but it failed to complete.
Error occured few seconds after restoring (can't tell what part of the backup was successfuly restored, TA, SYSTEM, KERNEL...).

Now I cannot flash any FTF file. My phone starts with SONY logo but doesn't go further. Screen goes black (backlight) during few seconds and then automatically reboots.

I tried to flash different FTF with different Flashtool but no luck, always got the same error in flashtool :

Hi!

After trying different flashtool versions, different adb and fastboot drivers, multiple ROMs, I have finally found the right combo (in my case) :
- installed drivers from flashtool 0.9.13 (but didn't use flashtool since it always failed to write ta, kernel or system partitions...)
- installed adb and fastboot 1.4.3
- used xflasher(https://forum.xda-developers.com/crossdevice-dev/sony/dev-xflasher-command-line-flasher-t2986634)
- flashed ROM 10.6.A.0.454 Generic UK (https://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z/general/stock-rom-xperia-z-c6603-10-6-0-454-t3127499) in this order (1 xflasher.bat per file) :
1 - boot delivery
2 - partition-image.sin
3 - amss_fs_1.sin
4 - amss_fs_2.sin
5 - amss_fs_3.sin
6 - cache.sin
7 - elabel-C6603-row_201310171741.1_10.6.A.0.454.sin
8 - rpm.sin
9 - system.sin
10 - userdata.sin
11 - kernel.sin

I didn't flash fotakernel.sin (not really important since I was able to boot, root the phone, install dual recovery and restore a full backup from TWRP, including FOTAKernel)
Then, my phone started to boot and went over the SONY logo screen

Thanks to all the contributors on XDA. I spent almost 3 days to browse this forum in order to find the right way to get my phone back to life.

VID and PID

How did you get VID and PID of your phone? When I started xflasher.exe it created xflasher.bat and inside is written VID:0FCE and PID:ADDE, but when I try to put this manual on the console I get this: No usb device with vid:0x0fce pid:0xadde !
Help me find my VID and PID pls.

Flashtool is not recognizing my device as c6603 so I'm unable to install any ftf
Instead flashtool is recognizing my device as c6802
Plz help
