Xperia z no signal

Hi guys im having xperia z3

simcard is detected but no signal
when i tried to calls, it says "to place a call, first turn off airplane mode" (even airplane mode is off)

so i tried the following :
-using pc companion
-factory reset

but i still got the problem.
anybody help? thanks

This is forum for xperia z (c6603).
Anyway, are u on custom software? Did u mess with the device or did u buy it like this?
What exactly did PC companion say?

Ps I'll ask a moderator to move this thread to z3 forum for ya, since I see u just registered here on xda
