Try this.. its based on hdpi may it works for u too, but not sure.. 1st do ur semcphones's backup then try!

I think u are on HDPI and its for MDPI phones.... i dont have any HDPI device so i cant fix that but u share ur semcphone.apk so ill try to fix that for u....

I tested it on my ray and everything else was fine!
The attached SemcPhone is Xperia S ICS styled meant for 2011 HDPI devices. Hope it helps!
