I have had a xperia Z3v purchased from Verizon for a few years now.
I remember the quality of the camera was excellent originally and I can't remember if it gradually got worse or if it happened suddenly. 1 year ago I went abroad and therefore cancelled my Verizon contract and removed the Verizon Sim card and purchased a 1 year contract with Three in the UK and used their sim. Could this have affected the camera quality?
Since I disconnected from Verizon and this is a verizon phone, it has not allowed me to update my phone. The android version is 5.1.1.
Whenever I go to system update, it states: Cannot Connect - Sorry we had trouble checking for system updates. This may be because your connection was interrupted. You can try again when you're connected to the Verizon 4G LTE Network."
I've tried to use the xperia companion app to install updates and it did not work. Does anyone have any advice? Can I restore my camera quality?
