Xperia z4 tablet[root] pop up window "start up application" in each reboot

Hi,
For some reasons i wipe the dalvik cache and wipe the cache under twrp. Now in each reboot i got the pop up window
"Android startup application" .

You can try factory reset via twrp, it made my system boot faster and fix unescapable problem with boot loop. Moreover, xposed framework and androplus kernel are untouched, data is saved on sd card and applications are being restored by account.

Yes i can try factory reset but if another option i can made without the factory reset
I can live with this pop-up window.My boot up time is 1mn 03 s .It's better than before
I downgraded to androplus kernel v10
with Andoplus kernel v12 i have some freeze and reboot

I made a factory reset via twrp and restore user data via twrp,no popup window for the moment

Strange behavior, i cannot set the cpu max frequency to 1958Mhz in kernel adiutor so i reflash androplus kernel v10 and now i can set it to the max
