Xperia ZL C6506 4G Unlocked (was Rogers) does software repair locks again?

Hi guys

I have Xperia ZL C6506 4G Unlocked (was on Rogers network, I see there are Rogers app pre installed) but it is unlocked.

I want to do software repair , maybe it will get rid of Rogers apps, but is there a chance (or how it works generally) that software repair locks the phone again on Rogers?
