I have been using the phone for many years and have never thought about it or noticed it. It turns out that the video quality in the Mxplayer could be better? I saw this video enhancement function in the phone settings, but did not pay attention to it, and even more so I did not think that it did not work in the Mxplayer.

To test the enhancement function itself,(not the module), i just need to open any (or not any?) video, first in the standard, and then in Mxplayer, and the difference will be visible, right? Will the picture be worse in the Mxplayer? Am i right?

you are right, play a same video with inbuilt album application and mxplayer. when using the former, video will be more vivid and sharper

maybe, and i have noticed that some format will be not processed by video enhancement (like 444 and 422 , only 420 works). and also if a format not supported by hardware acceleration, it will not be processed too.
