Hey guys! I have an XT1064 Moto G... Rooted and have the latest TWRP, thing is that no matter what I do or which version I flash, my phone always gets stuck at the logo. Any clue?!?! I heard it's a long boot but I've waited between 10-20 mins... I've wiped dalvik, flashed, reboot, different TWRP... So any help?! Maybe you could tell me the exact TWRP you used or anything? I'm getting frustrated sice xposed is what made me root in the first place

Make sure you are using latest official alpha if you are on 5.0.2. If you are on 5.1 or 5.1.1 use unofficial alpha found in Q&A

For me is flawless. I use the most common modules.

MinMinGuard
Greenify
Amplify
YouTube Adaway
YouTube Background Playback

Cheers

I don't use Lollipop anymore (Returned to KK), but when I used CM12.1 xposed worked just fine. I remember of using a few modules, like Greenify, Gravity Box, App Settings and others with no issues. (Used this version on LP.)

Alright, thanks.

I had another concern though. When I used Xposed on 5.0.x, the phone became VERY slow after a while, which I highly suspect was caused by Xposed, since after a fresh flash with same apps, phone worked much better.

I'm concerned about this only mainly, whether that will happen with 5.1.x too.

Although I did install an awful lot of modules, so that might be a cause too.

This and the "full storage warning" are the common bugs present on xposed for 5.0.x, but on 5.1 version i've presented none of them (Just wipe cache and dalvik after you flashed xposed zip).

Alright, I'll give it a spin.

Can't resist for long without messing around with the phone. :p

It works like a charm in Cm 12.1

I have just installed it on my XT1063 with Cm 12 Rom and it really works perfectly

Xposed on Moto G 2014

I flashed "xposed-sdk22-5.1.1-arm-20150514.zip" und installed "de.robv.android.xposed.installer-3.0_alpha2-35-minAPI15.apk".
A newer apk-version didn´t work! But this combination runs fine.

OS: CM / cm-12.1-20150714-NIGHTLY-titan.zip

For Xposed Installation,
1. XposedInstaller_3.0_alpha4.apk
2. xposed-v73-sdk22-arm.zip
3. xposed-uninstaller-20150831-arm.zip
These three files are important,

Before proceeding make nandroid backup(It comes handy in situation like you are now in)

First install xposed apk, don't open it, go to recovery,
Now wipe cache and dalvik, flash 2nd file(framework), then again wipe cache and dalvik,
Then reboot. And check whether it works or not.
If NOT simply goto recovery flash third file to remove xposed framework from the device.

And for now, I can suggest you to flash the stock 5.0.2 factory firmware with mfastboot,
hope this will work..... fingers crossed :)

Anyone tried official Xposed for 5.1?

My phone lagged a bit on unofficial Xposed for 5.1 on CM12.1.

If anyone has tried the official one, please review it.

I usw xposed framework but an older Version:
Xposed Installer 3.0 alpha2
and
xposed-sdk22-5.1.1-arm-20150514.ZIP

this combination works fine. The installed modules work propper.

    YouTube AdAway
    No Safe Volume Warning
    XGEL Settings
    App Settings
    Network Speed Indicator

    Exchange Bypass for Xposed

    NOT WORKING
    Complete Action Plus

    Recent Apps Cleaner
    Play Store in App Info

Very happy with Xposed Lollipop so far!
I will continue testing modules. I am sure that pretty soon module developers will bring them up to date with Xposed Lollipop.

Other with cm12 based rom? Did you have this bug?

I have used Xposed both on stock rom and CM12 and confirm that there are no such bugs.

For everyone who is having storage errors:
Wipe cache and dalvik and reinstall xposed app.
For everyone who is having the problem that xposed shows that the framework isn't installed: flash this zip in recovery and wipe cache and dalvik it should fix the issue.
    http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=58851289&postcount=129
For me it did fix all the issues mentioned above.
    1
I flashed it a first time:
errors with clock and disk space

Then i reflashed it again and wiped cache.

    Now it works !
