Yes, can return easily to 120. The 127 brings new baseband that is needed. To install. Bootloader unlock, flat, flash CWM (recovery_h60.img) into Recovery and zip.

Then the flash 127, flash recovery_h60.img and then the zip. After that supersu.zip and ready. You can find instructions in my link. Must translate them only.

What is the latest version working on Huawei Mate 7? Because many modules are not working with 2.4.1.

Currently only works in the 2.4.1. During an upgrade, it no longer works.

So I know I tried 3 version of xposed in my l09 with build 127 .. after three hours and lots of downloaded files on my mate 7 .. I tried this : Xposed+Installer_2.4.1_Huawei-1 .. I think you made it ??,, this one working now and its very very good.

Now can you edit xposed 2.7 like you did with Xposed+Installer_2.4.1_Huawei-1 ?? Some models need newer xposes to work

This is not my work. I can tell you but append a version. This should run well and is newer. No guarantee.
Please reply as to whether it is running or not.

Xposed 2.6.1 solves the stock icon themeing issue (via "diable resource hooks") and works with amplify and greenify. not sure with the other mods though

Since it is still the same version, there are still the same problems. The 2.5 brings nothing really new and 2.6.1 will not run. I do not use anymore.
I use the KangVIP Rome, and I have the settings I use in Xposed otherwise.

You could disable it in xposed settings

I have no settings in Xposed? I used the version in OP, it changed my theme

Only setting is to disable updates (xposed installer correct?)

There is a fully functional official version of Xposed which is working properly on my Mate 7 without screwing up the themes. You have to unistall previous version of Xposed first though. Instructions and links here: http://xdaforums.com/mate-7/general/auto-2g-3g-switch-xposed-t3063324
