Because this is NOT a specific version for Samsung, i'm using it on my P9/GS7 and my wife's Nexus5X.
It supports Samsung Roms and this is the main reason of opening this thread, but it also supports all other devices that are supported by the official one.
Changeslog:

v85.1(30/05/2016):
- Add Huawei theming engine support (details).
- Ensure the recompilation on Huawei EMUI Roms (details).
Just to be on the safe side: I'm reading here this port of Xposed is working on the Huawei P9 (EVA-L09)?

I started many years ago with a HTC Saphire and had this handset since recently when it fell and cracked the Display. I took about two weeks to decide the successor I'd like to have. Then there was the P9 and there was a lot, I mean A L O T of adds. I was shocked. I really was.

So you understand I'm a old school android person and almost afraid of the wonders science (or rather google?) brought to Android. There are so much warning about voiding warranty and losing support and never getting updates once the phone is rooted. BUT I'm willing to accept voiding my warranty to get rid of those extremely annoying adds popping up even in YT. I never ever experienced this on my old android phone. Well, after I installed an adblock app I never ever found since then anywhere again.

Back in my times (*grin*) either you had root access or it was almost useless to have an Android phone. Of course it was a matter of life and death to root an Android 1.5 or 1.6 but it was worth the afford. Almost 32Mb more RAM :D - enough of that!!

If somebody can give me some advice on other benefits (besides: Xposed, command line with /root access, busybox, titanium backup and SU-permissions) on rooting my P9 you are more then welcome to give your thoughts!

So long and thanks for all the fish!

Yes this works on the P9 and with the Huawei Theming engine intact.

The main reasons I root and xpose my phone are
-GMD Gesture Control and getting rid of the NavBar when not needed (because gestures).
-Youtube Background and while screen off.

Help

I am new to Huawei devices, the P9 is my first device, so trying to get Xposed to work on it, i noticed that we need to disable the theming engine.

I digged a little into this engine sources and it seems the required change is simple, so here is a test version that should support it with no need to disable the theming props:
Code:
ro.config.themecolor
ro.config.hwtheme
ro.config.hw_theme
Try it and report back if there are any remaining issues.
Download. (Tested with my P9)

Updated here.

I need to test this on my other devices (GS7/Nexus5X), just to make sure there are no regressions, then i will do a pull request to rovo89's repo.
I install in Mate 8 And boot but after boot system stopped and systemmgt has stopped Any fix
