How much time does it take the first reboot ?? I`m staying for the last 5 minutes and only the logo is on....
Also...is there an uninstaller ??
When you believe it's stuck at boot animation for a long time, just hard reboot the device (by holding the power button) and continue the boot. This time it will finish.

You are using EMUI. All those modules you mentioned are for ROMs which are either AOSP, AOSP derivatives or close to AOSP. What do you think about EMUI? It's far far far away from stock AOSP so those modules won't work.

Check permissions of the HOME Huawei.
Actually this is not enough.
I have experienced quite a few unplesant situations e.g. sharing from photo gallery not working, not able to make a call unless app preferences are reset. I only solved thise uninstalling xposed. I will reinstall it after v87 is released. Maybe those annoyed situations will disappear.

So xposed-v86.1-sdk23-arm64-custom-build-by-wanam-20160904.zip is confirmed to work with the Huawei p9 EVA-L09 and do not result in a bootloop? Thanks

I Installed posed-v86.1-sdk23-arm64-custom-build-by-wanam-20160904.zip and did not do anything to the theming engine. Now i'm not able to change background, icons, or do anything theme related. I installed a launcher (google now) and now I can change backgrounds, but i'm still unable to change my icons, which are ugly as "%!".
Any takes to what I should do?
Logcat when trying to change icon theme: http://pastebin.ca/3736910
P9 EVA-L09.

Edit: apparently, i have to decrypt /data ? or something. I may have missed some instructions while rooting and installing twrp.

I have tried version 87.1 with apk installer 3.1.1. Themes are broken and no module works. But the framework seems to be correctly installed. What's the issue with it?

Hi @wanam, congratulations on helping to get official xposed for Nougat up and running. Obviously, I'm posting in the Huawei P9 section as I'm curious as to whether there will be a separate version needed or can we just download the same version as everyone else?

Hey guys,

I've tried the official Xposed and although it installs when I reboot I get the Xposed installed but not active message... Only way to fix is flashing the uninstaller, uninstall Xposed, reflash Xposed zip and reinstall Xposed app... But when I install module and reboot I get the same message again... I've tried ticking the thing in settings relayed to theme engine conflicts.. but same thing happens, can you guys provide some assistance on what the issue might be? Thanks :)
