XT1640 no service after update to 8.1

i tried to download the file from the website but it is not downloading and when i tried to download it from another website and extract the files from it just like the website said it shows that the file is corrupt any solution?
Are you sure the download was complete? My device reports the download size as 892.7MB.

I just tried the cloud.mail.ru link ( tapping the blue download link at the top of the page) and it was downloading.

it is extracting thank you will give you updates on this again thanku for helping

update: its saying to select a region what to do next

yes i am in India and options are
1 LATAM
2 APAC
3 CANADA
4US
5 EMEA
6 QUIT
which one should i choose and do i have to connect my mobile to the pc or any such thing?
You'll need option 2, APAC (Asia Pacific). Then you should be able to select India. If another menu appears, select retail India or similar.

It'll likely ask you to boot your device to the bootloader and connect your device via usb to your computer, the script should tell you when (e.g. waiting for fastboot is a good indication you need your device in fastboot and connected)

i ran the whole thing it said all utags successfully done and it closed now should i try to reboot and check?
update:i booted and it worked thankfully @echo92 you are the real boss man cant thank you enough it is working for now but i dont know if it will continue to do so now finally my phone feels like a phone with calls and everything again thanks for making this happen

I am asking that when you flashed the Oreo OTA, did you observe DFLT_FSG in your baseband?

You could try:

Download the factory firmware here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=76406797&postcount=11 Do not flash this firmware.

Extract the firmware, and open the extracted firmware folder.

Find the programutags.bat in the folder.

Run the .bat script and follow the instructions.

Is this Oreo or Nougat? However, the file in mail.ru is not there anymore.
