I have a similar problem.
The phone was purchased in Germany, then unlocked via the website of Motorola, has been updated to 4.1.2 (9.8.2Q-8-XT925_VQUL-1601), then updated via OTA to 4.4.2. The latest firmware was 180.46.
119.XT925.O2.en.DE KDA20.119.
And everything was fine, but one morning the phone turned off, although the night was a 93% charge. When I turned on the phone, the phone wrote this (see attached):

I could not flash the firmware 4.1.2 (9.8.2Q-8-XT925_VQUL-1601_USERSIGNED_S7_USAVANQUO2DE02C.0R_LSAVNQJBO2DE_P014_A004_CFC.xml) via RSD, even removing rows from xml file. Through Hose Of Moto failed too.
I think I need gpt.bin and tz.mbn files from OTA update 180.46.
