xtrons tr109 andriod 8.1 no bluetooth settings

my xtrons doesnt have bluetooth devices settings, like when you swiped down its not listed, and in settings there is no "connected devices" . It does have a bt app but i think its only for phones. My phone pairs with it perfectly and can stream to it. but there is nothing search for other bluetooth devices like a headset, odbii reader or my ham radio. mainly I want to connect my ham radio to (vero vn7500)
